L’uniforme estiva, che prevedeva la grande uniforme, l’uniforme ordinaria e l’uniforme da visita, era di uso facoltativo e poteva essere indossata solo in guarnigione, nel periodo stabilito dai vari comandi di presidio.
The coat of this uniform is completely different from the gray-green one.
The summer uniform, which provided for the large uniform, the ordinary uniform and the visiting uniform, was of optional use and could only be worn in garrison, in the period established by the various garrison commands.
Grande Uniforme:
- berretto rigido bianco con visiera e soggolo in cuoio nero;
- giubba di tela bianca priva di mostrine od alamari al bavero, sostituiti dalle semplici stellette metalliche, con le controspalline in panno grigio-verde foderate di bianco e le decorazioni;
- la camicia bianca con colletto e polsini inamidati;
- cravatta di seta nera opaca;
- pantaloni lunghi di tela bianca con risvolto;
- scarpe basse e calze bianche;
- guanti bianchi;
- sciabola con gli attributi della grande uniforme;
- cordelline e trecciole per gli aventi diritto;
- sciarpa azzurra.
Con una lettera del 18 giugno 1937 (Ministero della Guerra – Gabinetto) venne precisato che le cordelline dovevano essere portate esclusivamente dagli ufficiali per i quali costituivano il distintivo di una carica o quello di speciali funzioni, come l’accompagnamento di autorità superiori.
GREAT UNIFORM:
- white hard cap with visor and black leather subject;
- white cloth jacket with no lintel or rhinestones in the lapel, replaced by simple metal stars, with gray-green cloth-coated counter-wraps and decorations;
- the white shirt with starched collar and cuffs;
- matte black silk tie;
- long trousers of white canvas with turn-ups;
- flat shoes and white socks;
- white gloves;
- saber with the attributes of the great uniform;
- cords and braids for those entitled;
- blue scarf.
With a letter dated June 18, 1937 (Ministry of War – Cabinet) it was specified that the cordelline had to be brought exclusively by the officers for whom they constituted the badge of a charge or that of special functions, such as the accompaniment of superior authorities.
UNIFORME ORDINARIA:
Era simile alla Grande Uniforme ma aveva solamente i nastrini delle decorazioni, i polsini ed il colletto della camicia flosci o inamidati, con questa uniforme non veniva portata la sciabola e solo in alcuni casi era ammesso l’uso delle cordelline, delle trecciole e della sciarpa.
ORDINARY UNIFORM:
It was similar to the Great Uniform but had only the ribbons of the decorations, the cuffs and the collar of the shirt floppy or starched, with this uniform was not worn with the saber and only in some cases it was allowed the use of the cordelline, the braids and the scarf .
UNIFORME DA VISITA
Veniva indossata in sostituzione dell’uniforme nera da visita ed era simile alla grande uniforme estiva, ma con i soliti nastrini delle decorazioni ed i pantaloni ed i pantaloni neri lunghi senza il risvolto:come calzatura ara previsto lo stivalino nero, con fasci metallica di sperone per gli aventi diritto. Non si portava la sciabola.
Per l’uniforme da equitazione, che poteva essere indossata esclusivamente fuori servizio, durante i servizi isolati di guarnigione ed i campi a manovre ma non durante le esercitazioni, era previsto l’uso della giubba, del berretto e dei guanti bianchi mentre la camicia, la cravatta ed il pantaloni corti erano tutti grigio-verdi; stivali o gambali con speroni.
VISIT UNIFORM
It was worn in place of the black uniform and was similar to the large summer uniform, but with the usual decorations ribbons and long black trousers and trousers with no cuffs: the black boot, with spiked metal beams for those entitled. The saber was not worn.
For the riding uniform, which could only be worn out of service, during the isolated garrison services and the maneuvering fields but not during the exercises, the use of the jacket, the cap and the white gloves was provided while the shirt, the tie and the short pants were all gray-green; boots or leggings with spurs.
